Our Service and Device Setup
VPNJG provides international routes for users accessing international websites, using AI tools, and streaming. Route Selection and Support
Choose a route based on the region required by your target service, then compare the results with IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections. A route type does not guarantee access for every app; test the target app after connecting. Visit the server page to learn about route options, and don’t rely solely on the connection status shown in your client.
If you run into an issue, first check your subscription status and split-tunneling settings, then try another route. If the issue persists, submit a ticket through the user panel with your device platform, selected route, the time it occurred, and the error details. Do not include your password or full subscription link. Billing details are listed on the pricing page. This service offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund; see the Terms of Service for the application rules.
No-Logs Policy and Data Minimization
VPNJG follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Account and service information is handled according to the principle of data minimization. No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. A no-logs policy does not mean account, order, or support ticket information is never collected. See the Privacy Policy for details on how this information is used and handled. Before submitting diagnostic information, redact personal details that are not relevant to troubleshooting.
