How to Import a Subscription and Connect
From the user panel to your device: confirm your plan is active, import the subscription, then check the connection in the app you want to use.
Create an Account and Open the Panel
Select the “Get Started Free” option below to open the account creation page in the VPNJG user panel. No email address is required; create your account with a username and password. Choose a username you can easily recognize, since you’ll need it to log in. Set a unique password and store it securely; don’t reuse a password from another site. Complete the fields as prompted. If the page flags an entry, correct that field before continuing.
After creating your account, you should see the account overview or an option to log in. If you already have an account, there’s no need to create another one—just log in with your existing username and password. If your browser has saved login details for another account, check that the panel is showing the account you intend to use for your subscription. This keeps your order and subscription together. You’ll use this user panel to choose a plan, get your subscription, and submit support tickets.
“Get Started Free” takes you to the account creation flow. It does not let you skip the order process for the paid plans listed on this page. Once you’re in the panel, check your plan and account status before choosing a data option in the next step. You don’t need to find a subscription link yet or enter your account password in the client. Your website account and the client’s remote subscription configuration serve different purposes.
Choose a Plan and Confirm Your Order
After logging in, open the plans section of the panel and compare monthly plans with data packages. Monthly plans suit regular use: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date, not on the first day of each calendar month. Consider usage across your computer, tablet, and other devices. VPNJG supports unlimited devices, but they all use data from the same account allowance.
If your usage varies, take a look at the data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They don’t expire; use the data whenever you need it. A data package is not a monthly plan with automatic top-ups, and monthly plan reset rules don’t apply to it. The right option depends on how you use the service, not just the one-time price.
Choose a plan in the panel, then check the plan name, amount due, and data details before paying as instructed on the order page. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Keep the current order details available during payment. When it’s complete, return to the panel and check the order status. If the plan benefits aren’t showing yet, refresh the order and account overview to confirm the payment result. Don’t create the same order again. If you need help, include the relevant order details in a support ticket through the panel.
VPNJG offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. See the Terms of Service for how to request one. If you upgrade mid-term, the price difference is converted into remaining days; check the result shown in the panel. Once your order is confirmed and the plan is active, continue to the subscription step. Plan descriptions don’t replace the account status shown in your panel.
Get Your Subscription from the Account Overview
Open the account overview in the user panel. Confirm that your plan is active and check your remaining data and other relevant account details. Then find the subscription, subscription import, or similarly named option. If the panel offers a quick-import option for your client, use it. To import manually, use the panel’s copy-subscription-link feature and keep the full link on your clipboard.
The subscription link lets your client retrieve the route configuration for your account; it is not a regular website address. Copy the entire link without dropping query parameters, adding spaces, or splitting it across lines. Don’t copy the account overview address from your browser’s address bar, and don’t enter your username and password in the client’s subscription URL field. The client needs the subscription provided by the panel, not your website login details.
Your subscription link contains information needed to access your configuration. Treat it as private account information. Don’t post it in public chats, screenshots, or articles, and don’t paste it into unfamiliar online conversion tools. If you need help from support, share the error message, platform, and client interface details first. Hide your subscription link and other sensitive account information in screenshots. If you think the link has been exposed, check whether the panel lets you reset it, then update the configuration on each device.
Once you have the subscription, hold off on connecting. First, get the client for your platform from the panel, import the subscription, and make sure the route list appears. If the subscription won’t update, return to the account overview and check that your plan is active and the link is still valid. This helps avoid repeatedly changing route settings when the subscription itself is the issue.
Import the Subscription into Your Client
Go to the client downloads section in the user panel and choose the option for your device’s operating system. You’ll need to log in to get a subscription; the panel manages client access. If you see an account or plan notice, return to the panel and check your status as prompted. This page doesn’t provide direct download links. Use a client currently offered in the panel that supports remote subscription imports, and avoid downloads from unknown sources. Before importing, close any other clients that are currently managing your network to reduce the chance of configuration conflicts.
Windows: Add a Remote Subscription
In the panel, choose the desktop subscription client for Windows and follow the instructions to install or launch it. On first launch, look for “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Profiles,” then choose an option to add a remote configuration or import from a URL. Paste the full subscription link you copied into the URL field. If there’s a name field, enter VPNJG to distinguish this configuration from others. Save it, then update or download the configuration and wait for the route list to appear.
Once the list appears, select this configuration as the active one and find the client’s connection control. If Windows asks for network access or permission to install a required component, check the program’s source and the prompt before proceeding. If the import succeeds but your browsing doesn’t change, first make sure the configuration and network routing feature are enabled. Seeing the subscription name in the client isn’t enough. Connection and verification steps are covered in the final section.
macOS: Import the Configuration and Check Permissions
In the panel, choose the desktop subscription client for macOS. Open it and go to the configuration or subscription manager. Choose an option such as “Add Subscription,” “Remote Configuration,” or “Import from URL,” then paste the full link and save it. If the panel offers quick import, your browser may ask whether to open the relevant app. Check that it’s the right app before allowing it to open, then confirm that the configuration appears in the client.
Update the subscription manually and check that the route list expands, then set it as the active configuration. If the client uses a network extension or takes over network traffic, macOS may ask you to approve the extension or related permissions. Follow the prompts from the app and system settings. If permission is denied, the configuration may still be saved, but the connection may not work. Resolve the system prompt before testing again instead of repeatedly importing the same subscription.
Android: Save the Subscription and Allow the Connection
Get an Android client that supports remote subscriptions from the panel. In the app, open the configuration or subscription page, choose to add a configuration, and find the URL import option. Paste the subscription link and save it. Return to the configuration list and update it to confirm that the routes appear. If the app has separate options for updating the configuration and starting the connection, update it first and then select the VPNJG configuration. Saving the link alone does not start the connection.
When you start the connection, Android may show a system prompt to add a VPN connection. Check the app name and allow the request, then return to the client to check its connection status. If the connection drops when you switch apps, check whether Android’s background activity or battery settings are restricting the client. Change only the settings needed for that app. Reconnect, then test access in the app you want to use.
iOS: Add a Subscription and System Configuration
Open the iOS client instructions in the panel and follow the current steps to get a supported client that can import subscriptions. Getting an iOS client may involve the App Store, so use the link and follow the requirements shown in the panel. In the client, find subscription management, add-configuration, or URL-import options. Paste the subscription link and save it. If you use quick import from the panel, make sure it opens the intended app and that the app is installed.
Update the subscription, select the configuration, and confirm that the route list appears. When you connect, iOS may ask whether to allow a VPN configuration. Follow the prompt and authenticate using your device’s unlock method. Then return to the client and start the connection. If you only added the system configuration but didn’t start the connection, your apps may still use their previous network route. For more details on getting a client and granting permission, read the iPhone setup guide for beginners.
VPNJG also supports Linux. Linux users can find the current instructions under the relevant platform section in the panel, then import the subscription using the client’s remote subscription feature. Rule modes and system-level network routing vary by platform, so this page covers only the basic setup. For region detection on streaming platforms and choosing a route for viewing, see the Streaming guide.
Connect to a Route and Verify It Works
Return to the client and make sure the VPNJG configuration you just imported is active. Choose a route for the region you need, then connect. For your first setup, you can use the client’s rule mode to send traffic that matches its rules through the appropriate route. Names and behavior for rule, global, and off modes vary by client; check its documentation. Don’t run another network-routing tool at the same time, as the configurations may conflict.
“Connected” only means that the client has started connecting or shows a connected state. It doesn’t confirm that the app you want to use can access content. Check the selected route and exit region, then open the site or app and load a page, send a request, or play content. If the app was already open before you connected, reload it or close and reopen it so it doesn’t keep using an old connection or cached state.
You can also check the exit region using a trusted IP lookup site, but a region change doesn’t mean every app will use the same route. Browsers, desktop apps, and command-line tools may use different network settings, so test them separately. If an app reports a regional restriction, the issue may also relate to your account region or the platform’s own rules. Don’t assume the entire subscription is unusable based on one notice. For the difference between streaming account regions and access regions, see the Streaming guide.
If the connection isn’t working as expected, retrace the setup in order: check your plan and remaining data in the panel, make sure the subscription updates, confirm the configuration is active, then check the selected route, mode, and system permissions. You can try another route from the panel’s list, but avoid changing many settings at once. Keep the exact error message so you can tell whether the problem is getting the subscription, starting the client, or accessing content in the target app.
Once you’ve verified the connection, note the configuration name and routes you use most often. If the route list changes, update the subscription in the client to get the latest configuration. To set up another device, repeat the client download and import steps. Unlimited devices doesn’t mean your plan’s data allowance is unlimited. If issues persist, log in to the panel and submit a support ticket with your device platform, steps taken, error message, and whether the subscription updates. Don’t include a screenshot that exposes the full subscription link.
